Tuesday 1-19-10

I was really good yesterday. I avoided all the goodies at my second job and had a smart one when I got home. Today I had oatmeal (good for lowering cholestrol) for breakfast and Santa-fe chicken soup for lunch. So far so good. Hopefully I can be good once I get home. It is so much easier to cheat when I am at home.
