Okay, so this week was kind of a reality check for most of us. It is a little disheartening when you think you are pretty good all week and then you only lose 0.2 pounds. Ugh! All we can tell ourselves is that we reduced the right number of calories this past week and our body just hasn't caught up yet. We will be pleasantly surprised next week. Just gotta keep it up. I counted those 3 cookies I ate after weigh in, but I just ate a salad for lunch. I'm gonna keep it together. I really really am. We can do this!!!!!!
