Hump Day Check In

Just a midweek check.
How's everybody doing?
We are halfway til Saturday - weigh in day.
Are you on the right track?
If not.......

Don't give up.
You can save this week and still
see a loss on the scale on Saturday.
You can do this!!!!

  1. Sooo I haven't been doing the weekly.. or half weekly weigh in. But now that I have a routine down I will definitely start with the weigh ins. Today I'm at 165.8, that is 20 pounds away from my goal weight. Back when I was at my heaviest I was never really concerned about the scale, just looking and feeling better (still haven't been able to stretch and work the sciatic nerve pain away). Once that first 20 pounds went I started getting concerned about the scale because I have stuck between 163-167 for the longest time.. I'm ready to work hard (and eat better) to get back in the 150's within the next few weeks... alrighty I'm done babbling, time for me to shower since I sat down to check in the minute I weighed myself after my very sweaty work out :)
