I Did It!!!!!

I reached my mini goal today!I started off at 219 pounds in June and my mini goal was to get under 200.Today is the day I did it!!!!I got on the scale and it said.....198.5
I'm doing a happy dance today!

Let's Do It!

It is a new year as we all know, and I think that I have lost the "easy" weight that was being held onto by my steroids. I came of the steroids almost a month ago and lost about 7-10lbs very quickly with out trying. Now is the hard part... loosing the extra weight that is not because of the medication. Now I have to loose the fat in my legs and belly and tone all the muscles. All I can think is "aww crap". The one thing I am lacking to do this is motivation which will hopefully come soon.

Here is the most recent picture I have taken. 
I hope to be able to go down a size or two before summer. While I need to loose a little weight my mind isnt really set on a number but the look of my body unclothed. Hopefully that will help with the motivation and stress.

Kassie's Workout Day 1

Okay so I barely just survived day 1 of my new self imposed workout program. 15 minutes doing stairs, which includes another 5 minutes before for warm up and 5 after for cool down. 25 minutes in all is a great start. By the end of this I should have the best looking ass on the planet!

My inspiration: Rob songs... Nothing like a little Rob music to workout by.
My goal: Go down 1 pants size by the Breaking Dawn DVD release party.

Day 1 down... If the weather cooperates I might get to rollerblade on Friday woohoo!

How are your workout regiments working? What are your inspirations? Goals?

My Progress So Far

I am the world's laziest blogger!
I know I am.

I may not have been blogging, but I have been keeping up with my Alli and my healthy eating habits. 

I thought it was time to compare pics.
So the first picture was taken last spring and the second was taken today.

I've lost nearly 20 pounds, and I know there isn't a dramatic difference, but enough for me to feel good about the progress I'm making - however slow it is.

Success!!!!

Just a little update on how my weight loss journey is going......

I've had a really good week!  I've stayed within my points range, and 
TADAH!
I lost 1.2 pounds!!!!!
I'm so excited!
Baby steps......

I also received my first shipment from Alli yesterday!
I'm feeling really excited and positive right now!
Hope you are all feeling some success this week too!

Had to share.....

Things are going great here!  I ran out of Alli and I hate to spend $50 on it when I know it will be coming for free soon.  So I'm going without it for now, and guess what!  I lost 2.5 pounds this past week!

Then today, I went to log in to my alli Communispace where we check in, chat, etc.  And I found this!
This week's weekly weigh in thread featured my weigh in post from last week.
I was so surprised to see it up there.  
And I did go from 217.2 to 214.7 this past week!
Woohoooooooo!
