Weekly Weigh In Saturday 2/9

It's that time of the week.
Time to step on that scale and be rewarded for all the hard work this past week!

  1. I sound like a broken record but I've had another stressful week and I eat when I'm stressed. Comfort food is my go to at the end of the long ass day. I know I should walk instead of eat when I'm stressed but it's too hard to resist being lazy.
    My weight has gone up two pounds and then down two. So I'm still the same as last week. So there's that.
    The snowstorm isn't helping as I feel like I needed to store up food for the weekend we'd be snowed in. And I've been eating things like pizza, meatball subs, and this morning doughboys (fried dough). Yeah, not proud of myself. But I won't give up. I'll get back on track.
    Hope the rest of you have had a better week than I did.

  2. I think I was pretty good this week, but I gained 1.5 this week. I guess if I said I was really good this week, I would very disappointed. LOL I still think it still may show up on the scale tomorrow. So I went from 188.7 last week to 190.2. I'll just keep on keeping on.....

  3. Down 1.2 for me this week. I was kind of bad - went out to dinner last night at our local hibachi place with my girlfriends - had a cocktail and way too much food! But even then, the smaller portions that I've been trying to get used to eating have ended up in smaller portions making me full so I didn't eat nearly as much as I usually would in one sitting. I feel like that's a good sign. :)
