Well, 1.8 seems to be my number. Last week I lost 1.8 and this week I lost 1.8. I'm down to 185.5. I am down more than 35 pounds since I started this a year and a half ago. It's a slow process, but probably the best way to do it. I just posted the pic of me with PFach on FB the other day from two years ago and you can see the difference!
