I'm up almost 4 pounds this week. Am I surprised? Hell no. I've been off all week for spring break and had a situation in my family that had me running around and not really thinking as much as I should about what I'm eating. I've been here before....I'll bounce back. It's part of the journey. Hope everyone else a better week.
