  1. No change this week. It's been a stressful week, too cold to walk outside, and I was just plain "bad". But the up of it is, I didn't go up either.

    1. At least you didn't gain. That really is a positive thing, even though I know it's disappointing. I'm going to get on the scale in a little while. I'll be back with my weekly results.

  2. I went back to 162.0 hopefully I can move to 159-160 by next week.

  3. Well Fran, I'm right there with you this week. No change at all. I was 192.6 last week and I am 192.6 this week. I'm still holding out hope that my body just needs another day. I'm going to check again tomorrow. :)

    Hey, and welcome to Kim for following the blog! Kim is an awesome chick from work....so that makes 5 teachers here now! (My dear friend Birdie is a teacher as well!) Birds of a feather.....LOL

  4. I totally forgot to come post here on weigh in day but because I keep track on my app and because I always check in on the same day as we weigh in here. Seems like it was a fairly status quo week all around. I did not change at all either - however - having 2 pretty bad days in there where I ate like a pig, I'll take that as a victory cause I was able to combat those.

    And here's to another week, that's almost over already!! Where does the time go?!

  5. I should have never ate those chips and salsa from Chili's! Who knew they were 1025 calories in an order!

    1. It comes out to 24 points! That's all my points for the day! LOL I would say I eat 1/2 a basket every time we go there.
