For lent I'm giving up soda (something I thoroughly enjoy) and red meat (something I don't necessarily enjoy but don't quite live either). This is to kick start my weight loss journey once again. My BFF's wedding is still happening in June and I want to go down one dress size before then. Not drinking soda will help.. and getting off my butt and working out will help too. <br /><br />My dirty 30 is coming up too. I definitely want to be in fighting shape by that day too. <br /><br />You are far better than I am, I couldn't stop making excuses if my life depended on it..
