I was doing so good a couple...2 pounds is awesome!! I was doing so good a couple of months ago...eating healthy, doing C25K (a running/walking app), and working out to The Shred (exercise DVD by Jillian Michaels)...and then my Granny passed away. It just went down hill from there...like a nose dive down a 90 degree hill. Srsly. So, I'm just getting back on track...too late to make a difference before I meet a bunch of people for the first time in FORKS or for my cousins wedding in 2 weeks, but I can't postpone it any longer and I just decided now was as good of a time as any. I'm just trying to eat REALLY healthy/low-fat/no-sugar, it's kinda drastic, but I have a wedding in 2 weeks. I also started back exercising...walking at the track and riding my stationary bike. Although, if I'm not careful, I can fall into that convenience food trap which is usually not healthy. I wanted to try Alli but I...That's really cool! I wanted to try Alli but I'm not a fan of taking pills. I've done Slimfast and Special K each for only a few months. But I don't honestly know if either of them worked or not.<br /><br />So far though I'm down to the size I was when I graduated HS 12-13. I want to lose like 5-10 more pounds so I can be a healthy size 10-11. That would put me at about 145, I'd be comfortable with that. At anything less I don't think I'd be happy.<br /><br />Keep us up to date on your progress with Alli.
